We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience, excellent communication skills, be customer service-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Answer incoming calls and emails from clients- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns- Process client orders - Maintain accurate records of client interactions- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues or as needed to assist.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- At least 1 year of recent experience in a customer service role in the veterinary field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills
