Job Description:
As a Meeting Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to businesses within targeted areas via cold outreach. - Schedule Prospective Client Meetings for interested parties through Calendly, reaching out to the Company for availability if the interested party requests a same-day or weekend introductory phone consultation.
- Collaborate with the Company in instances where a customer displays reluctance to schedule a Prospective Client Meeting, but expresses willingness to provide information through a Prospective Client Questionnaire.
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system furnished by The Food Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records of interactions and to ascertain that another Meeting Scheduler with a common territory is not already engaged in communication with a particular business before initiating outreach.
- Engage with fellow Meeting Schedulers, seek clarifications, and share best practices within the provided communication channel.
Requirements:
- Self-management skills.
- A drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
