Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth of BBB Accredited Businesses and fostering relationships with businesses throughout Northern Colorado and Wyoming. You will serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, helping them leverage BBB Accreditation and resources to enhance their credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following the BBB Code of Ethical Sales Conduct, prospect and acquire new accredited business by effectively articulating the value of BBB Accreditation using a proven phone script.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Educate businesses on BBBs mission, services, and the benefits of accreditation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for accredited businesses.
- Maintain accurate contact notes on all business communications using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attend BBB sales meetings and other meetings as required.
- Undertake other sales related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of Northern Colorado and Wyoming business communities is a plus.

How You Will Be Paid:
- Base Pay plus commission, plus bonuses
