Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and ensuring operational excellence within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of managers and staff across various locations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Collaborate with senior management to develop regional budgets and manage profit loss
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
