Job Summary:
Sales Operations Coordinator performs clerical and routine accounting tasks to support the unit, including posting entries, verifying financial data, processing payments, and preparing financial reports. Resolves inquiries and coordinates with departments and vendors to address issues. Assists with clerical duties.
Job Duties:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, customers, and vendors.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Streamline interactions between various parties to ensure
- Ensure accurate filing and distribution of financial documents.
- Process sales and financial transactions, including data entry, posting, and reconciliation.
- Analyze discrepancies and resolve processing issues with internal departments and vendors.
- Verify invoices for payment and expedite the process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Effective communication skills in writing and speaking
- Proficiency in core accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong account balancing skills.
- Familiarity with automated accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and practices.
