We're currently looking for a General Manager to join our team at NAT’S ON BANK
The General Manager is an active hands-on position that will guide our team to exceed expectations; train, support and manage employees; build strong relationships with guests and our community, and create memorable experiences for both staff and guests alike.
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic leader who leads by example, possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
- Controlling Labor, Cost of Goods and Inventory
- Driving service and generating revenue for the business, identifying new opportunities
- Working with Events Manager to plan and execute multiple events per week
- Accountability for guest experience and recovery
- Scheduling, training and managing staff, providing feedback + corrective action as needed
- Managing the property and overseeing maintenance as needed
Previous management experience in a high volume, full service setting is required.
- Yearly Salary of 80k+ per year, based on experience
