Tradeshow & Event Coordinator
Executive: Vice President of Marketing
Reports to: Sr. Tradeshow & Event Manager
The Tradeshow & Event Coordinator for the Marketing Department at SAGE will support multiple SAGE Event Services clients, serve as their primary point of contact, and ensure complete event success. This position will primarily focus on client-facing events and contribute to internal company events. This position will report and work closely with the Sr. Tradeshow and Event Manager to ensure all logistics and event details are accurate and timely. This highly collaborative role also requires a great deal of autonomy, good judgment, and the ability to see multiple projects through to completion with minimal/no errors. As SAGE processes are mastered, and a rapport is built with customers, this position will lead and run various events and shows.
Job Responsibilities
− Managing all logistics and operations for multiple SAGE Event Services events throughout the year, including but not limited to online registration, onsite registration, lead retrieval, marketing, and tradeshow mobile app
− Managing and maintaining client relationships in addition to providing direction from a technical perspective
− Consulting on SAGE Event Services features best suitable for the event and providing recommendations for any workarounds where applicable
− Supervising all staff and above-mentioned shows and events, including operations, logistics, and show management
− Creating and monitoring event timelines and schedules for event deliverables
− Collaborating towards achieving department goals by generating new ideas, formats, and strategies
− Working with marketing to create signage and onsite show elements
− Analyzing processes and bringing greater organization and cost savings to events and shows
− Fostering communication between sales, marketing, and logistics for all shows and events

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, meeting management, communications, or hospitality
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in events, marketing, or hospitality with an emphasis on B2B and tradeshows preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and flexibility in a dynamic team environment
- Work well under pressure and thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment
- 40% travel required
- Valid passport
- Must maintain reliable, fast internet (25Mbps down / 5Mbps up per person)
