SALES EXECUTIVE FOR ESTABLISHED PAYROLL FIRM - PLANO, TEXAS

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong passion for sales, a keen eye for opportunity, and the ability to effectively communicate and analyze complex technical information.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for ensuring clients have a stellar first impression. Our goal for our clients is to create an overall experience that will be seamless, effective, and remarkable at every touch point.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Managing the sales cycle from start to finish, utilizing software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Engaging thoroughly with prospective clients to determine their needs in relation to the payroll packages we offer.
- Act as an ambassador for Your Payroll Department in local communities, deepening ties and relationships with our current partners and active prospects.
- Utilize various methods of communication – phone, email, video, social media, and additional marketing tools - to close deals, upsell current clients, and advertise our services.
- Transition new clients to our onboarding team in a seamless manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in the payroll industry is required.
We are looking for team members who have the following qualifications:
- Sunny and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Presenting ideas in a clear, effective manner.
- High level of professionalism.
- Outstanding work record (No job hoppers!).
- Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
- Experienced with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organized and dependable self-starter that can manage their time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- High energy and positive attitude!
Compensation:
- $65,000 base salary, plus commission.
