Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in team management and hospitality, with experience in POS systems like Aloha POS.
Duties:
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to drive sales and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Experience in team management within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food preparation, catering, or bartending is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
