The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving pre-sale technical evaluations and post-sale product integration and implementation projects to success with respect to our enterprise customers' requirements and hireEZ's business and product priorities. This role is important as it's the bridge between hireEZ and the customer and also internally, being able to identify gaps in the product which might help the business grow.
Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with ATS vendors/partners, and the R&D team to understand platform capabilities, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive implementation of new features.
- Develop expert knowledge of ATS/CRM platforms and collaborate closely with the engineering team, as well as third-party ATS consultants, to gain a deep understanding of ATS functionalities.
- Lead efforts to develop technical expertise in exporting and importing ATS data through APIs or other means, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Utilize expertise in SOAP and REST APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems, ensuring compatibility and reliability of integrations.
- Demonstrate understanding of system architecture principles to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions for ATS integration challenges.
- Leverage prior experience and knowledge of the Recruiting industry to anticipate and address unique requirements and challenges in ATS integration projects.
- Take initiative as a self-explorer, staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ATS integration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on integration progress, addressing concerns, and requesting feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Open to entry level candidates!
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields
- ATS/CRM experience is a value add but not a requirement
- Up to ~5 years in a B2B SaaS business environment in software implementation, professional services, solution engineering, project or program management is helpful, but not required
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced startups is helpful
- Experience in customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills is helpful
- Success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customers
- Experience in the Talent Acquisition Industry, familiarity with database management, integrations, Single-sign-on, APIs, AI/ML technologies is a plus
- Ability to translate product tasks and business needs into agreement and knowledge of non-standard agreements
- Excellent professional relationship-building, leadership, planning, management, communication, and presentation skills

The salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 plus possible equity for this position. Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where successful candidate's salary will fall within that range.
