Customer Service Representative
Overview:

- Utilize outbound calling techniques to follow up with customers
- Uphold phone etiquette standards during all interactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience in outbound calling techniques is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards
- Aptitude for upselling products or services
