Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation of EDI solutions, including installation, configuration, testing, and upgrades.

Consult with clients to analyze operational needs, understand business objectives, and align EDI solutions with client goals.

Collaborate with EDI trading partners to test and implement new business processes, ensuring smooth integration.

Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring transparency and timely communication.

Conduct post-sale technical implementation of EDI technology products, providing hands-on support and training as needed.

Track and manage implementation project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and issues resolved promptly.

Lead escalated events and provide proactive resolution to technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementation and management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining EDI systems.

Familiarity with Webservices and APIs.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results.
