Owns the account relationship from the owner through the road salesperson, down to
customer service…training each level on the expectations and strategy to sell UA.
Responsible for executing operational plans set forth by management, in order to deliver
projected revenue targets.
- Responsible for account planning, and goal setting for each account. Setting forth seasonal
plans, adhering to booking deadlines, and hitting set revenue targets.
- Challenges associated would encompass managing business relationships within the territory,
and making fair, fact-based decisions in the best interest of UA. Fierce competition within
market calls for constant effective communication, setting of expectations, and
- Works with Sr. Manager, Team Sales and Director, Team Sales to provide feedback and pulse
of business on a regular basis. Works cross-functionally with product and merchandising team
to ensure successful GTM process.
- Responsible for influencing customers externally to partner with the Brand, through detailed
presentations, thus driving sales.
- The role is responsible for training the dealer road salesperson to be an expert in selling Under
Armour, an extension of the Territory Manager, and a champion of the Brand in the field.
- The role is field based, coaching and training occurs more with the customer base to drive
sales, than it does with internal teammates.
