Our Finance Administrator will manage the company’s corporate credit card program, including card maintenance, monitoring card usages for compliance with company’s policies, and IRS regulation. They will also provide support and training to cardholders and act as a liaison between the company, cardholders, the bank and other stakeholders. This role will also be payroll backup and will perform payroll run every month. Other duties include administration support for Chicago office.
What You’ll do:
- Provide program management for the company's Corporate Credit Card Program.

Maintain Corporate Credit Card policy and agreements, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Process new card applications and set up accounts on the bank’s website.
- Maintain cardholder records, spend levels, card controls and card inactivation.

Prepare Bi-Weekly Payroll for the US sites (hourly/salaried)

Support Payroll processes such as annual merit upload files, open enrollment changes, bonus and commission payments

Chicago Office and CFO support

Weekly Hourly payroll sessions (pulling timesheets) for Mokena/WW

What You’ll Need:

An Associate’s degree (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Knowledge of best business practices and ethics in corporate card administration including applicable procurement and credit card laws, regulations and procedures.

1-3 years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping or payroll.
