Role Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of pre-production, production, and post-production work across various live events, pre- recorded events, interviews, webinars, webcasts programs, and digital media communications related to events. Manages relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, while leading team and departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and timeliness of services.
You will work under limited direction to resolve complex issues and/or address rare, high impact situations. Be responsible for management and execution of internal productions, skilled in working closely with IT partners, company management, business leaders, the investment group (IG) and high-profile external speakers.
Role Description:

Directs productions to consistently deliver high-quality meeting-related digital content.

Produces elevated event experiences that inform, captivate, and deliver, leaving lasting impressions.

Guides clients in establishing vision and goals, consults on appropriate mediums, and creates production concepts.

Advises on event platforms.

Arranges production support, equipment, and resources.

Scouts locations, selects shots, shoots video, selects music and effects, and performs final editing.

Develops and executes event timelines, liaises with departments and vendors, and oversees production team.

Supports team by fostering relationships with customers and partners, ensuring service levels, and making operational recommendations.

Develops and maintains effective professional relationships internally and externally, proactively engaging with key stakeholders.

Serves as a point of contact for associates, IT partners and vendors assessing inquiries and providing support.

Advocates for event related technology needs.

Anticipates and resolves business issues, develops alternatives, and implements new processes.

Facilitates meetings and discussions, develops agendas, and follows through on action items.

Supports manager and senior manager with operational decisions and completes special projects to improve department processes and effectiveness.

Completes special projects.

Performs additional responsibilities assigned.
This role requires autonomy and a high level of responsibility in directing productions, managing relationships, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The production decisions made may impact business decisions that affect the way capital conducts business.
Business/Technical Skills

Proficient in WebEx, Zoom, Teams, PGI GlobalMeet, Microsoft Office and other virtual event platforms.

Proficient in Premiere Pro, Frame.io, Descript and other video editing tools.

Extended knowledge in hardware switchers such as Ross and Vizrt TriCaster

Working conditions:

Travel required (up to 30%), can include travel to other global regions.

Required to do extensive standing and walking (up to 8 hours a day)

Flexible schedule/irregular hours/evenings and early mornings

May be required to drive personal vehicle to events.

Ability to transport supplies and materials that weigh up to 50lbs/23kgs.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
