Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator (Inside Sales Support)
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
What you will DO:
-
Assist MSI US sales team in all aspects of sales activities

Respond to all inquiries and requests from internal sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner

Expedite all sales related paperwork as well as arrangements in shipment

Generate and prepares weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports

Process customer purchase orders and credit claims

Perform other job duties as manager assigns
What you will NEED:
-
1 year+ sales related work experience in IT distributor or resellers preferred
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
-
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-
Proactive, team work, and self-motivated
