Seeking creative and engaging staff to support our unique population.
A peek inside: this involves supervising and providing guidance for at-risk youth in a structured, supportive role. There are no physical disabilities with our girls, however, they do display behavioral issues.
Must be 21 or older with a valid TX driver’s license and be a HS graduate.
MUST pass background checks, drug screen, TB test.
MUST be able to endure a physically demanding environment, move over long distances, detect resident conversations, and observe resident's actions.
Ideal candidate is responsible, accountable, mature, and able to model positive behaviors for the girls. Other duties include:
- Deep cleaning, laundry, offering snacks and cooking
- Frequent bed checks
- Organizing
- Assisting with late-night emergency placements and paperwork of abused and neglected children
- Staying awake all night while on shift
- Assist with school work
Qualifications:
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
- Previous job experience preferred but willing to train the right person
- Over the age of 21
- Reliable transportation
- Have a driver license
- GED or High school diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
- RTC: 1 year (Preferred)
