**Duties:**
- Manage benefits administration and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Support human resources initiatives and programs
- Contribute to strategic planning for HR activities
- Utilize platforms for recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and efficiently
- Assist in contract management and compliance
- Familiar with workers compensation claims
- Process weekly payroll.
- Maintain employee records.

- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning initiatives
- Experience with recruitment software is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance requirements

- Proficiency in utilizing HR lever tools for data analysis
- Experience supporting performance management processes
