Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' abilities to perform daily tasks
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on treatment plans and techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in medical imaging, case management, occupational health, and physiology knowledge is preferred
- Familiarity with acute care, critical care, pediatrics, ICU settings
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care practices
