The daily work routine includes oversight and management-support of our fulfillment teams, driver teams and respective supervisors. Duties include hands-on support of order checking and packing of all orders, the timely assembly of all components, along with the “eyes on” punctual completion of all deliveries, routing and vehicle assignments, attention to vehicle maintenance and driver team training and direction.
Candidates must be comfortable leading and encouraging teams, managing time, initiating phone calls and juggling duties simultaneously. Great communication skills are imperative.
Responsibilities
- Direct interaction with all department heads.
- Support of Driver and Fulfillment Supervisors and respective teams and daily duties.
- Supports expediting department with pack out and tempo oversight at peak times and in making deliveries or follow up in emergencies as needed
- Integral involvement in the daily operation of the business; including, but not limited to, sales office, production kitchen, expo/delivery, and facility.
- Development and enhancement of operations policies, practices, and procedures across all areas of the business.
- Commitment to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through product quality, service, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of, adherence, and fair enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Possess a detailed knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.
- Possess a detailed knowledge of company computer systems and software programs.
- Engagement in management meetings and training segments to enhance operational practices.
- Organized proactive attention and involvement in all aspects of daily business operations.
- Communication and follow up with all managers daily and act as key decision maker in the absence of other senior management.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of state regulations for food and alcohol sales and service and familiarity with current health codes.
