Superintendent - High End/Luxury Residential

Position Overview:
The Superintendent for High End/Luxury Residential will oversee the construction of high-end, custom homes in both single family and multi-family settings. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced construction professional with a strong background in residential construction and a focus on delivering top-quality, luxury homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction for high end/luxury residential projects

Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects

Manage and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure quality work and adherence to project plans and specifications

Ensure projects are completed within budget and make necessary adjustments as needed

Maintain a safe and organized work site, following all safety protocols and regulations

Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project progress

Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively to keep projects on track

Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals and plans are aligned

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience:
- Construction Management or Superintendent
- Residential Background
- Single Family Luxury or High End Multi-Family Projects
- Construction
- General Contracting
