We're looking for a reliable, skilled Full Retail Business - Marketing Staff or Associate Manager to join a company in Coway USA. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of maintenance work such as order, financial, logistics, customer, with knowledge of the business processes and communications.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Research and analyze data to identify and define audiences and conduct promotional activities.
- Oversee campaigns on social media.
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop and other design tools
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators to generate brand awareness and create excitement for new product launches, etc.
- Oversee a PR agency and direct the development and implementation of public relations, promotions and media strategies. Also review the monthly PR report and help build the company’s public image and reputation and ensure effective and positive media coverage.
Preferred qualifications:
- Interested in social content, media, and paid media
- 1~4 year of marketing experience
- Proficiency in English, Korean
- Deep knowledge of social landscape and passion for creating content for consumer brands
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form content for social channels (TikTok and Instagram, YouTube, etc)
- Experience working in social media, content creation, or similar, with proven examples of successful work.
- Able to speak to and report on each social media account’s performance
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
