Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the event planning team to plan and execute successful events, corporate meetings, and incentive trips for Achieve’s valued clients.
- Work alongside our planning team to prepare for client meetings and take comprehensive notes.
- Support Program Managers (the lead event planner for each event) in researching best options for event needs (design, menus, activities, etc.) and provide assistance with presentation development to review with our clients.
- Proofread event documents, prepare all program materials for on-site event execution, and coordinate pre-event packages to be mailed to attendees.
- Assist with building personalized itineraries for event attendees and coordinating trip details and agendas for planning trips for Program Managers.
