Position Overview:
As the Product Manager for the iHealth Unified Care, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the team as we enhance our platform tailored for Care teams and Medical Providers. Your leadership will be essential in driving the evolution of this platform by integrating the medical devices, mobile app, and care services, ensuring they effectively support comprehensive Unified Care online to offline patient care for chronic diseases patients.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for shaping the product strategy and crafting features to seamlessly integrate medical devices, EHR systems, and patient-generated data into the platform, with a focus on enhancing Chronic Disease Patient Care through optimized clinical workflows, streamlined care coordination, and enriched patient engagement strategies.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
Identify and prioritize features intended to streamline patient care operational and delivery workflows, enhance care operational efficiency, and optimize CCM/RPM patient care, ultimately leading to improved patient health outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of the workflows and pain points faced by healthcare providers, care operation teams, and patients, and translate those insights into innovative product solutions
Serve as a strong writer and clear communicator, effectively conveying product strategy and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Work with engineering to prioritize and manage the team's backlog, ensuring that key features and initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
You will articulate the vision and steps to get there, and help your team set achievable, measurable, milestones that unlock value at each phase of development.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product Proven experience in building web or mobile products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Proficient in crafting Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or user stories , which may entail defining holistic, end-to-end solutions.
Excellence at working with cross-functional teams and being an effective written and verbal communicator.
Capable of leading sprint grooming and planning meetings with engineers.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in running agile methodologies and proficient in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Notion.
Passionate about digital healthcare innovation, improving user experience, and optimizing workflows.
Bonus Points:
Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL).
Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
