Job Summary:
Our company looking for Costumer Service Coordinator Team Leader that monitors calls and the completeness of assigned tasks to the Customer Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external customers.
· Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued services.
· Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of Costumer Services Coordination team.
· Ability and flexibility to assume responsibilities and tasks in a constantly changing work environment.
· Must have good communication and organization skills.
· Must be capable of handling diverse duties and changing deadlines.
· Expert in need identification, intake and listening skills.
· Solid problem-solving approach to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations.
· Quickly identify requested information and anticipate future needs.
· Data collection, analysis, and reporting proficiency
· Ability to overcome objections and persuade members to take action / change behavior.
· Excellent conflict management skills including that include professionally and adeptly resolve issues while under stress.
· Solid attention to detail
· Candidate should be able to be prioritized tasks to meet due dates and times. Candidate should also be able to assign tasks to their direct reports based on their skills to ensure priorities are met.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree completed. Bachelor's in social worker Preferred
· Bilingual Spanish / English
· 2 + years of social worker experience
· 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or team lead
· Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
