Our Assistant Store Managers need to be strategic in thinking, detail-oriented, organized, a visible leader, and must have the ability to hold their teams accountable to results. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with your store manager and leading the team to profitability through managing key performance indicators such as oil change count, sales, labor, customer satisfaction scores, and more.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience required
- Computer and technology skills are required
- Being able to read, write and understand simple math is required
Essential Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Strickland Brothers core values as an ambassador to the brand in the field
- Contributing to meeting all budgets set forth (Sales, customer counts, labor, etc)
- Assist with staff schedules
- Helps ensure Strickland Brothers University training is completed by all employees
- Compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
- Store and equipment maintenance
- Effective problem solving skills/solutions with customers and employees
- Ensuring our policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Change oil on customers vehicles while providing the highest level of customer service
Other Expectations:
- Be approachable and welcoming - be the first point of contact of support for employees
- Always open the store on time and never close it early
- Weekend availability is required

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
