POSITION SUMMARY
Performs data entry activities involving agency client records, service orders and invoices, and vendor billings. Implements quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy of data and consistency in client tracking and fiscal systems. Distributes client supplies and maintains related reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enters client data, service orders and provider billings into a computerized tracking system from source documents.
Provides reports in a timely manner.
Implements quality assurance systems; compares and corrects data entered with source documents and other reports, or re-enters data in verification format to detect and correct errors.
Implements designed client inventory system of supplies.
Implements client tracking billing procedures and enters approved bills into the accounting system.
Sorts and files source and fiscal records. Photocopies documents.
Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail, and addresses envelopes or packages for client deliveries.
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree, preferably in computer science, accounting or business, or equivalent or six months to one-year related experience and/or training. Working knowledge of accounting within non-profit agencies strongly preferred. Ability to adapt to multiple new programs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, diagram, or graphic form.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to work well with people on a personal basis.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to other employees of the organization and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and express oneself. The employee frequently operates a computer, using other tools and controls, and positioning oneself to operate a computer and other office equipment. The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, and then occasionally move about inside the office to access workstations, office equipment, and file storage areas, etc. The employee must be able to travel in all kinds of weather.
While performing the duties of this job the employee may need to regularly move up to 10 pounds and frequently move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities for this job may include close vision, depth perception, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
