Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager manages the Inside Sales & Senior Sales Support teams to accomplish the company goals of selling benefits of our programs, following up on house leads, and assisting external sales staff with prospecting. This role works in cooperation with other sales and marketing management to improve processes, programs, and workflows to achieve company goals.
Pay Range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $73,500.00 /Yr. Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Manage the activities of the Inside Sales team to accomplish company Sales goals; train and coach, as needed; audit and track results; provide updates/reporting to management on productivity.

Analyze trends using analytical approaches to develop strategic plans and implement process improvements to create efficiencies in the department.

Manage the activities of the Sales Support team to support sales objectives, work with existing dealers to increase program usage, onboard & train new dealers, resolve escalated dealer issues, and provide updates/feedback to management.

Collaborate with management to establish team and individual goals, KPIs, processes, programs, and workflows for the department.

Analyze current industry and company trends, review them analytically to present strategic plans to the Sales and Marketing departments and increase team’s portfolio.

Make and field calls from prospective dealers and current dealers via phone, web lead or other marketing-generated leads (house accounts or external sales assistance), sell dealers on benefits of program, provide enrollment information, complete sales assistance calls, to increase enrollment and business levels.

Assist external sales team with follow-up and prospecting lists.

Assist other departments with credit application processing, verification calls, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing or related field OR 2 years’ sales experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
