WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE HEALTH & LIFE INSURANCE ADVISOR POSITION:
- You’ll be in a position that advocates for the clients you work with so it is vital to conduct a needs analysis for each individual that you assist.
- It is expected that you educate yourself on life and health insurance so that you can better educate your clients on the various insurance options available to them, including Medicare, and ancillary products.
- You will be an expert in all things life and health and will advise clients on the best insurance options for their individual needs and budget.
- You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and their specific policy details.
- This position requires a person with excellent communication skills to include in person and on the phone.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS NEW EMPLOYEE AT MISSOURI INSURANCE ADVISORS
- New employees MUST learn and understand the Basics of Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement.
- When getting your footing in this position, you will be fronting client calls to better learn the sales process. You will be required to set 10-20 appointments OR transfers per week.
- Once you have completed training and are ready to sell, we require that you make 125 outbound calls per day OR have 5+ hours of talk time.
- We hold our advisors to a high standard but we also want to ensure goals are attainable, so in your first stages as a new hire we require you to make at least five sales per week.
