An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Education: AA degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks management is essential
- Verifiable three (2) years hotel front desk/reception experience, preferably in a recognized national chain. Prior experience in healthcare is not required.
- Excellent ability to follow procedures and instructions in a high pace-type environment.
- Outstanding oral communications skills, both written and oral, in English.
- Great oral communications skills in Spanish.
- Fantastic time management and organization skills, responsiveness, follow-through and attention to details.
- Master Windows-based computer apps such as MS Office and Outlook.
Few of the tasks performed as part of this job:
- Continuously evaluate priorities and re-prioritize tasks.
- In person and via a variety of communication systems interact with patients, health insurance companies, physicians and their office staff.
- Using a variety of computer systems, perform such tasks as verifying and applying insurance benefits, bookkeeping, patient scheduling, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
