Full Time Scheduler/Recruiter
Fast growing, non-medical home care company is seeking a Scheduler/Recruiter to add to its administrative team, We offer competitive pay, opportunities to mature to a higher role and a great working environment.
Duties:
- · Coordinate daily scheduling of caregivers for clients, ensuring accuracy, accountability and appropriate client-caregiver match.
- · Maintain caregiver preferences and availability
- · Develops friendly, professional relationships with clients
- · Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all communications.
- · Meets with Intake Coordinator and Care Manager to review new admissions
- · Verify caregivers time for payroll
- · Provide regular reports to the Administrator and Alternate Administrator.
- · Participate in on-call rotation as assigned and maintain the on-call log
- · Analyze and document the scheduling process, developing solutions to enhance efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- · Two years proven scheduling and or Recruiting experience in home health care industry.
- · Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet all deadlines
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- · Strong organizational skills
- · Knowledge of office management systems
- · High School Diploma is required
- · College degree preferred, but not required
