We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our retail event team. As a Retail Event Representative, you will be trained from the ground up on all aspects of our client accounts, products, services, and home improvement initiatives. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, you will be an integral part of our client’s home improvement campaign initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, support, and the ability to escalate all necessary information to upper management.

As a Retail Event Representative, you will learn the ins and outs of client management, representation, compliance, and customer acquisition. By analyzing trends, both local and national, the Retail Event Representative will be able to best assist customers in taking advantage of our client’s services.
The Retail Event Representative Are:
- Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Learn the client’s mission and services through in-depth, one on one training, zoom webinars, and client meetings
- Welcome customers with a friendly face and warm demeanor
- Provide excellent advice to customer when concerns or questions arise
- Utilize customer service and negotiation strategies to optimize our client’s mission best
- Communicate directly with upper management both internally and at various community events
- Personalize customer service for each interaction by building rapport and actively listening to their needs
- Present yourself in a well-mannered professional light at all times when iterating with customers or clients
Retail Event Representative Requirements:

- High school Diploma or GED
- Background in Client Services, Retail, Customer Service or similar roles

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
