Description:
Jonathan Club is an upscale, members-only, private club located in Santa Monica on the beach. Club facilities include food & beverage outlets both casual and fine dining, luxurious meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art athletics facility featuring wellness programs and spa services.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Main Dining and Terrace Dining, Main Bar and Bar Terrace, Barefoot Bar and Surfside Grill restaurants and bars.
- Ensure high quality standards exist, member and guest service are impeccable, conduct staff training to ensure highest levels of product knowledge and skills, are at the highest levels possible while maximizing profitability within the company’s guidelines.
- Support the department’s administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, employee coaching, etc.
- Ensure satisfaction of members and guests, and troubleshoot any issue as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of equipment and handling of food to meet health department requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
- 24 months of work experience as a Manager or related position in a private club or upscaled dining environment
- Supervise the work of Waiters, Waitresses, and Bartenders.
Salary: $85,000 per year
