We are a small, but rapidly growing, Office Technology company looking to fill our Office Administrator role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual looking for a long-term position in a growing company.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Communicate well with customers, as well as, internal sales and service teams
- Data entry for meter billing, supply orders, and service calls
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers placing supply orders, service calls, or payments
- Contact customers for open A/R
- Process supply order and ship to customer via logistics company
Skills
- Previous Office Admin experience a plus
- Worked with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and wear multiple hats within office administration role
- Forward thinker who is not afraid to suggest improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
