The Doubletree Hotel at Campbell Centre, a 21 story, 300 room hotel is searching for a Front Office Manager. This individual is responsible for the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
This would be a perfect opportunity for that seasoned Asst. Front Office Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a Hotel environment. ONQPM Certified is a PLUS!
Must be proficient in Windows operating systems.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
