Job Summary:
NYC based Bridal Jewelry manufacturer seeks in office customer service rep. Candidate must be detailed oriented and possess excellent phone and communication skills. Basic math skills required to assist customers with pricing and placing orders in a fast-paced environment. Some jewelry experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
Skills:- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly
- Data entry proficiency to update customer information accurately
