ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OUTBOUND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
Due to our tremendous growth and fast-paced environment at our high-volume call center in Windsor, CT, we are only interested in speaking with Call Center Assistant Manager professionals with a proven track record in an outbound call center setting. You will be interacting by phone with homeowners who have expressed interest in our products:

The Call Center Assistant Manager must have:
- Excellent telephone communication skills with outbound calling experience a must
- Strong ability in recruiting, training and developing other call center agents
- Call Center supervisory experience (required)
