Job Summary
Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Advisor to join the fantastic team out of our Venice flagship store on Abbot Kinney.
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the Store Managers, helping to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Under their direction, your key function will be to drive sales and meet/exceed the financial goals of the store.

Responsibilities
- Your main function and KPI will be Sales; driving sales targets and increasing UPT.
- Help to oversee Sales Associates, ensuring optimal performance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in coaching employees in tactics to attract and retain customers by building long-term relationships.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service.
- Assist with merchandising and styling.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge.
- Demonstrate a positive and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork.
Qualifications
- A passion for fashion and obsession with SELLING! We need a top seller, with a positive, can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset.
- 1-2 years in a Lead, Keyholder, or Supervisor (or similar) role with a high-volume fashion retail company, highly desired.
- Understanding of sales techniques, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality - able to initiate contact with all guests and identify their shopping needs.
- Open availability, including regular weekend shifts and occasional holidays.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
