Job Summary:
Associate dentist position opening in DFW. We are a private family dental practice located in Northeast Tarrant. Our office is an established family-oriented practice with an emphasis on treating patients as you would treat your own family. We focus on providing high-quality dental health-care and patient experience to a loyal expanding patient base. We are a highly productive FFS/PPO with 35+ new patients monthly.
Our office sees a high volume of patients of all ages and will require a candidate to be a quick learner and have an upbeat personality.
Job Requirements:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. - Proficient use of scanners, intra-oral cameras in a fully digital office
- Provide comprehensive dental care for patients, including restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures with precision and accuracy, able to use the Wand computerized anesthesia.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Experience:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Texas dental license
- Proficient in using dental software systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly preferred
- Ability to perform oral surgery procedures is a plus
- Skilled in interpreting medical imaging for diagnosis
