Our interventional pain management practice is looking to expand and add a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Our group consists of 7 doctors, all trained in treating acute and chronic pain.
The office environment is friendly, patient-centered, and supportive. Responsibilities will include outpatient office evaluations and telemedicine consultations. Exact work responsibilities will be based on the experience and skill set of candidates. Base salary is highly competitive. Excellent opportunity to become part of a specialized treatment team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
- Perform in-office procedures
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Prescribe medications and treatments, as deemed necessary
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Sports Medicine/Pain Management Preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate
- Ability to build rapport with patients and physicians
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required.
