Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with project coordination and order entry tasks
- Transcribe documents accurately and maintain records
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Perform calendar management and schedule appointments
- Support front desk operations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clerical support or related roles
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (not a requirement)
