Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Overview:

Human Resource specialist Responsibilities and duties :
- At least two (2) years of experience in employee recruitment and training preferred. Home Care experience preferred.
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives related to HR functions
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and efficiently
- Be felony free, have verifiable experience in the health care field and HR
- Stay up-to-date on all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and be survey ready
- Contribute to workforce management by assisting with scheduling and staffing needs
- Manage the employees in the database system
- Coordinate reference and background checks
-Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
-Skilled in developing effective rapport with clients, co-workers, or families, actively listening to develop a positive connection
Human Resource specialist Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Proficiency in computer software or similar HR software
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Knowledge of contract management processes
- Experience with workforce management techniques
- Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies
- Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
