We are currently seeking an RN MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for completing and overseeing the RAI Process, including training/educating floor staff on requirements and processes for accurately capturing resident conditions to facilitate accurate coding for Quality Care and Reimbursement. This position will serve as a leader on The Crossings clinical team, focused on quality measures and survey readiness.

Education/Certification/Licensure:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN license required.

RAC Certification preferred, not required
