Marketing Manager
This position will office out of our Lake Creek facility and local travel to our other locations (Central Austin (8 miles away) and Buda (20 miles away)) will be required once a month. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. To be considered for this position you need to reside in Central Texas.

We are looking for a strong “A Team” individual to join our leadership team as the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for helping develop, evaluate, and optimize our marketing strategy. Heavy digital strategy and effectiveness across a broad spectrum of channels including, but not limited to: the management, performance and enhancement of the website, driving our loyalty program, digital and social media campaigns, third party market place promotions, and local campaigns across the locations. An ideal candidate would be someone who takes initiative, is creative, and is constantly analyzing what is working and what can be improved.
Must have proven experience driving and measuring strong ROI on all marketing initiatives. At the same time, you know how to have fun, make things fun, and play well with others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works alongside the CEO, COO, and location GM’s and cross-functionally within the company, to help develop and drive overall marketing strategy and budget, with a heavy emphasis on digital channels.
- Oversees and owns website performance, creating & carrying out plans and managing sprints to update, upgrade and optimize functionality, online ordering success, reporting capabilities and overall effectiveness.
- Develops, optimizes and oversees execution of digital marketing strategy across all digital touch points – such as Social, Loyalty, Promotional/Sponsored/Boosted Advertising, Email campaigns – to support marketing calendar and company goals of sales growth, profitability, consistency and having fun.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing and social media campaigns and channels and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Helps improve and hold accountable other marketing touch points.
- Works with outside agencies/vendors and internal departments to reach desired performance results including project timing, scope, and KPIs.
- Brainstorm with specific locations to come up with creative, executable ideas, that reinforce brand identity, strengths, voice, preference, and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan and manage projects and budgets with minimal supervision.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Supports, in both conventional and unconventional ways, cross-functional department initiatives and priorities

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in entertainment / restaurant / hospitality marketing, with heavy focus on digital marketing.
- Social media, website, and SEO experience.
- Advertising experience; digital, paper, news, radio, magazines.
- Event and customer engagement.
- Proven experience driving and measuring strong ROI across all marketing initiatives.
- Possess a deep understanding of and demonstrable success in using content marketing, digital ad networks, paid search, and paid social.
- Familiarity with online ordering and loyalty platforms of the restaurant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including Marketing, Business, Technology, or Communications
- Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified
- Strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and data analysis and other reporting platforms
- Restaurant/hospitality industry experience is required
- Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Highly efficient, collaborative team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment
