** Position Overview:**
As a Duck Donuts Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting delicious made-to-order donuts. This multifaceted position includes roles in cashiering, barista duties, donut making, topping application, and supporting back-of-house operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cashier: Greet customers warmly, process transactions accurately, and provide information about menu items and promotions.
- Barista: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Donut Maker: Mix, shape, and cook donut batter to perfection, ensuring consistency in taste and texture.
- Donut Topper: Customize donuts with a variety of toppings, glazes, and drizzles based on customer preferences.
- Back-of-House Support: Assist with stocking ingredients, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable by actively listening to their preferences and providing recommendations.
