Title: Territory Sales Representative
Northeast Territory:

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position
Office Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Your Responsibilities:
- Help customers achieve outstanding operation performance and connect deeply with the customers from the first day of ownership through the entire lifecycle of the parts making the EVERPADS experience a long last and valuable one.
- Conduct 100+ points from sales calls, emails, and texts daily to potential clients. Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects through email and text messages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and grow the client base.
- Work with EVERPADS Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and other team members as needed to help customers resolve complex issues related to parts insights, parts availability, returns, shipping credits, etc.
- Travel off territory to support regional and national events, including tradeshows and building customer relation.
- Receive comprehensive training on industry-specific knowledge and sales skills. Training will be in the US office. Hotel and flight are included.

- Effective communication skills, verbal, written and listening
- Ability to provide sales support for all EVERPADS parts.
- Manage multiple tasks to their completion with excellent follow up skills and processes
- Knowledge of pavement and construction industry
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other computer programs
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience required and desire to be in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, relational business environment without becoming overwhelmed.
- Eagerness to learn, earn, and contribute to a mission greater than oneself.
- Driver license
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience interacting with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service support
- Experience using relationship-building expertise.
- Familiar with parts and service processes
- Pavement and construction industry product and parts knowledge
- 2 or more years of successful field sales and or product support experience, preferably in the pavement construction or heavy equipment industry.
What You'll GetCompensation Package:
- Base Salary: Competitive $15/hour, inclusive of meal and travel expenses.
- Initial Boost: Additional $3/hour for the first 3 months.
- Continued Support: Extra $1.5/hour for the following 3 months.
- Standard Rate: Returns to $15/hour after initial 6 months.
- Exceptional Commission: High commission rates significantly above industry standards.
