Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7AM to Midnight
- Saturday: 8AM to 9PM
- Sunday: Noon to Midnight

Responsibilities:
- Help dealers with contracts, sales, and system installation.
- Support dealers with lead entry, design creation, and quoting.
- Solve IT issues to keep sales moving.
- Handle calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide outstanding service to our dealers and team.
- Follow company standards and suggest improvements.
- Work with management to meet goals and generate reports.
- Must be able to work in face-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Team player with a flexible schedule.
- Problem-solving skills and tech savvy.
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
