We are looking for a skilled RN who has experience in or a desire to be in a management role. This position is essential to assuring that our nurses are following proper protocols and assisting them with duties as needed. We are a newly built nursing home with all private rooms and bathrooms and are known for the kindness of our team. We need someone who will assist us hitting great goals such as low rehospitalization rates, high patient care and staff satisfaction.
Duties:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, including but not limited to, doctor visits, medical records management, and documentation review.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to supervise and manage nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs monitoring.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to hospital policies and Medicare regulations.
Experience:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license and a current nursing certification.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing nursing staff, with a track record of leading successful nursing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and Medicare regulations.
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation review.

Pay: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour
