Job Description:
Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of Trade shows, International orders, and samples. Will be executing tasks related to order entry, fulfillment, return goods requests, and responding to customer inquirers. In addition, may assist Customer Service & Sales team with additional tasks.
What will your job responsibilities and duties be?
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to define the strategy and event requirements per show.
- Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and signing contracts.
- Securing the venue, planning the layout, and liaising with event and sales team to determine their booth requirements.
- Managing the booking and registration of attending Reps.
- Keying of sample order and tracking all show deadlines and delivery dates.
- Ordering of any additional show required items and booth furnishings.
- Managing show stock and keeping stock current and available.
- Arranging and submitting expense reports to accounting department.
- Securing and inspecting returned merchandise from show.
- Handling online exhibitor portals and virtual shows when required.
- Communicating new literature releases with outside sales reps and team. Providing literature and sample orders when requested
- Managing international sales market with Sales rep. This includes but is not limited to, Order entry, providing pricing, communicating with Logistics for CRD dates, communicating with A/R on invoicing, and communicating to customer.
- Coordinating shipments for Samples, testing, shows, donations, and literature.
- Maintaining updated notes and show logs of available product and literature to display.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
- High school graduate or equivalent. PC or work station computer training required
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Some college and/or leadership courses helpful.
- 1-2 years customer service background
