Our leading financial services client is seeking a Sports & Entertainment Talent Coordinator to join their growing team!
Within the Sports & Entertainment team, you will manage the vetting process of all Talent (athletes/entertainers/entrepreneurs/etc.) requests to be used by business units. This role will be responsible for learning our client's software platform used to vet the background, media, and social media surrounding any potential Talent to be used by the firm. You will then share the results of the vetting process, document all results, and chart the subsequent Talent usage by all business units.
This is a hybrid role in which candidates will be required to be onsite 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the thorough vetting of all Talent used by the firm (~20 names per week).
- Run weekly meetings presenting the results of all findings from the vetting process to leadership.
- Create weekly agendas for team meetings, provide meeting results, and monitor follow up process diligently with key stakeholders.
- Work with key internal business groups such as Brand, Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Social teams.
- Manage Sharepoint inclusive intake forms/processes in compliance with Controls guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 3-6 years in Marketing or Operations related functions.
- Proficiency in Excel and Sharepoint is a plus.
- Organizational skills to manage hundreds of files and track to deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present weekly to audiences of all levels.
- Detail-oriented note-taking to provide comprehensive results of meetings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
